Custom Fabricated
Our railings do not come to the jobsite in pieces, requiring expensive
field labor to assemble, but are completely fabricated per job in strict
accordance with approved shop drawings. We feel this gives each individual
job a better looking and better fitting handrail. Disassembled only to the
extent needed to facilitate shipping.
Easy Erection
All YMF Rails offer ease of erection, but this is particularly true of our
Internally Welded Pipe Rail System. Being shop fabricated and assembled in
convenient units for economical handling, the erection of our rails
becomes a rapid installation of accurately fitted sections.
Manufacturing Sequence
- Fittings are precision machined and internally welded to post &
rail.
- Specified finish is then applied.
- Finished rails are then chemically bonded together, thus eliminating
unsightly welds and holes normally required for anodizing solution
drainage.
- Rails are then wrapped to insure finish protection during shipment
and installation, and should remain on rails until final job cleanup
is made.

Bends are made without use of heat, elbows, or welding which causes
discoloration after anodizing.
